[0:32] Welcome to Barbados. We are here today
[0:35] within the beautiful jungle ruins with
[0:37] an energy resetting yoga [music] flow.
[0:41] This practice today is here to help you
[0:43] let go of any heaviness, tension, or
[0:46] negative energy you may be carrying,
[0:48] whether it's from your own mind or
[0:50] absorbed [music] from the world around
[0:51] you.
[0:53] As we move through each breath and
[0:54] posture, I invite [music] you to release
[0:57] all that no longer serves you. Realign
[1:00] with your center [music]
[1:01] and take back ownership of your inner
[1:03] peace.
[1:05] [music]
[1:07] This is your time to clear, to reset,
[1:10] and to come home to yourself. So once
[1:13] you have everything you need, let's
[1:15] [music] begin.
[1:19] >> [music]

[1:50] >> Welcome friends. Thank you so [music]
[1:52] much for joining me here today for this
[1:54] practice.
[1:56] We're going [music] to get started by
[1:58] simply finding a comfortable seated
[1:59] position along the center of your mat.
[2:02] Placing your hands on your knees,
[2:04] closing your eyes. Just take this
[2:06] opportunity [music]
[2:07] to really ground and find your inner
[2:10] center.
[2:12] breathing out any heaviness,
[2:15] any tension.
[2:17] And then when you're [music] ready,
[2:18] reaching both of your arms up to the
[2:20] sky, lengthening through the body.
[2:24] And then as you exhale, bringing that
[2:26] energy and that [music] breath down
[2:28] towards your heart center.
[2:31] Then from here, gently interlace all
[2:33] [music] 10 fingers. And then extend the
[2:36] palms of your hands towards the screen
[2:38] as you look up to the sky and extend
[2:40] through your elbows.
[2:43] Feeling [music] this nice stretch in the
[2:45] wrist.
[2:47] And then reaching both of your arms up
[2:49] to the sky. Continuing to hold here with
[2:51] a [music] nice gentle wrist stretch.
[2:54] Finding this inhale and exhale.
[3:04] Good. And then releasing the hands and
[3:07] then bringing them down towards the
[3:09] [music] mat again. Rolling your
[3:11] shoulders back. Let's just take a cat
[3:13] cow in [music] the seated position.
[3:15] Bringing the chin to the chest and then
[3:18] opening through that heart center.
[3:21] Inhaling, bringing down round through
[3:23] the spine.
[3:25] And then [music] exhale our chin open.
[3:29] Inhale down.
[3:33] Exhale [music] arch and open.
[3:37] Inhale chin down.
[3:41] Exhale come to neutral.
[3:44] Once again just come back to your breath
[3:46] and then take one hand onto your belly,
[3:49] one onto your heart. Close your eyes and
[3:52] I'd like you to welcome a breath from
[3:53] the belly to the [music] ribs to the
[3:55] chest. Then the outreath out of the
[3:58] chest, the ribs and the belly.
[4:01] Taking this a few times and again just
[4:04] taking this [music] opportunity to
[4:05] center in your body.
[4:07] No matter what has gone around you or
[4:10] within you today, [music] use this
[4:12] breath to bring you back into that
[4:14] equilibrium, that balance, that center
[4:17] within your heart.
[4:21] Once you're done, go ahead and bring
[4:23] your knees up. So let's just take a
[4:25] gentle windshield wipe with both knees.
[4:27] [music] Allowing the knees to fall to
[4:28] one side and then the other side
[4:33] and [music] again to one side
[4:37] and the other side
[4:41] and again
[4:43] bring it over to one side and then from
[4:47] here let's come on up to all four
[4:49] position.
[4:50] So onto your knees, onto your hands,
[4:53] shoulders above your wrist. Let's just
[4:55] take a gentle cat cow. Once again, maybe
[4:57] going a little deeper with the spine
[4:58] now. Inhale.
[5:00] Exhale. Draw your chin to chest. Inhale.
[5:03] Drop the belly to the floor. Look up.
[5:07] [music] Exhale. Chin to your chest as
[5:10] you round.
[5:12] Inhale. [music]
[5:16] And exhale.
[5:21] Inhale. One more time.
[5:26] And then exhale. Sit all the way back
[5:28] into your child's [music] pose. From
[5:31] here, you're going to roll forward.
[5:32] Allow the hips to drop into upward dog.
[5:35] [music] And then exhale, push it back.
[5:37] So, you're almost doing an upward dog.
[5:39] The knees actually stay grounded here
[5:40] for a moment. And I want you to really
[5:43] focus on this wave like motion with your
[5:45] entire spine. really starting to
[5:48] activate this energy rolling forward.
[5:50] Inhale. Then as you exhale, bring it
[5:53] back. You're more than welcome to keep
[5:55] your eyes closed so you really [music]
[5:56] keep this connection connected
[5:58] internally.
[6:00] Inhale. Now lift your [music] thighs and
[6:02] knees off the mat. Come on up into
[6:04] upward-facing dog.
[6:06] Holding here for a moment, dropping the
[6:08] shoulders down away from the ears. Open
[6:11] up through your heart, through your
[6:13] chest, and then press into the hands.
[6:16] Lift your hips and release into
[6:18] downward-facing [music] dog.
[6:20] Taking this opportunity to stretch out
[6:22] the backs of our legs. So, feel free to
[6:24] take a gentle walk on the spot, bending
[6:28] one knee at a time, pressing [music] the
[6:30] opposite heel into the mat.
[6:37] Wonderful. One more deep breath in.
[6:45] Beautiful. And then exhale. Let's just
[6:47] find that stillness and hold.
[6:51] Opening here through the back, through
[6:54] the hamstrings. [music]
[6:55] Draw those shoulders away from the ears.
[7:00] Inhale.
[7:02] Exhale. Roll forward one vertebrae at a
[7:05] time coming into plank. And then [music]
[7:08] exhale. Release it back. Downward dog.
[7:11] So once again, like we did before,
[7:13] [music] think about creating an ocean
[7:15] wave with your body, rolling through
[7:18] vertebrae by vertebra into plank. And
[7:21] then a [music] slight tilt of the pelvis
[7:23] as you push yourself back.
[7:26] Roll it forward
[7:29] and push back.
[7:34] Beautiful. From here, go ahead and bring
[7:36] your left leg up to the sky.
[7:39] Three-legged dog. We're just going to
[7:40] hold. Feel free to bend your knee. Open
[7:43] up the hips and stack the [music] hips.
[7:47] Inhale.
[7:51] Exhale. From here, go ahead and bring
[7:54] your knee towards your chest. And then
[7:57] take that ankle and place it over top
[7:59] [music] of your other thigh, bending the
[8:02] other knee, and sinking back into
[8:05] [music] child's pose-like position. So,
[8:07] we're taking a pigeon pose variation.
[8:09] [music]
[8:11] Really feeling the stretch through the
[8:12] left glute muscle.
[8:15] Keeping your balance [music]
[8:17] over top of that right knee in your
[8:19] hands. And then come forward. Bring your
[8:21] knee back to chest. Release and extend.
[8:24] [music] Three-legged dog. Inhale.
[8:28] When you're ready [music] to exhale,
[8:30] knee comes back into chest. And then
[8:32] step forward with your left foot. Ground
[8:35] your right knee. And let's [music] reach
[8:37] both of your arms up into our low lunge
[8:40] position. Making sure [music] of your
[8:43] alignment. Your top knee is on top of
[8:45] your ankle. It does not pass your front
[8:47] toes.
[8:50] Good. From here, bring that energy down
[8:54] towards your knee with your hands. And
[8:56] then start to play a little bit with the
[8:58] sensation in your hip flexor. So maybe
[9:02] drop the hips [music] back down and then
[9:04] bring them back up a little bit.
[9:07] Noticing how the positioning of your
[9:10] head, your chin affects the [music]
[9:12] sensation in your soass.
[9:14] So play with it a little bit. Bringing
[9:16] your [music] weight slightly back and
[9:19] then slightly forward.
[9:21] Once you are ready, then reach both of
[9:23] your arms up to the sky.
[9:26] Hold it here.
[9:30] and [music] then pivoting on that knee,
[9:32] the bottom knee. Reach both arms up and
[9:35] then exhale. Take a warrior 2 like
[9:38] asana, but we're modifying it by keeping
[9:40] the knee on the mat. Same thing with
[9:43] your alignment. Shoulders down away from
[9:45] the ears. And then shift all of your
[9:48] weight back towards the back of your mat
[9:50] as you extend the front knee. Holding
[9:53] this nice, beautiful [music] extension
[9:54] through the side body.
[9:57] Open and lift and extend.
[10:02] Inhale
[10:05] and exhale.
[10:12] Awesome. Come back [music] to center
[10:14] bending the front knee and then taking
[10:16] your extended side angle
[10:19] but again modified variation with the
[10:21] knee on the mat.
[10:23] You can reach that top arm towards
[10:25] [music]
[10:25] the front of your mat or towards the
[10:27] ceiling. It's really up to you. Just
[10:30] noticing how you start to feel that
[10:31] opening along the side body on the other
[10:33] side.
[10:35] Breathing in deeply. Inhale.
[10:40] And exhale. [music]
[10:42] Come back to center.
[10:44] Extend. Flex your foot. Reach both arms
[10:48] up. [music] Pivoting now so both knees
[10:50] are facing towards the side of your mat.
[10:52] And then bring your weight forward
[10:54] [music] as you allow your body to come
[10:56] all the way down. Your back toes are
[10:58] tucked under. And then see how far down
[11:01] you can bring your forehead [music] to
[11:03] the floor. Focusing on your heart, your
[11:06] chest to come down as well.
[11:08] Enjoying this wonderful stretch, not
[11:10] just in your shoulders, but also in
[11:12] [music] your inner thigh and your hip.
[11:16] Awesome. When you're ready, hands come
[11:18] back up. Bring your body back up. Flex
[11:21] [music] your foot. Pivot on the heel.
[11:24] Bending that front knee. And then
[11:26] pivoting with your hands. Turn on
[11:29] [music] the knee. And lift yourself
[11:31] right up into high lunge. Extending into
[11:35] pyramid. We're going to do this four
[11:36] times. Inhale. Come forward. Bending the
[11:39] front knee. Exhale. Extending both
[11:42] knees. Pyramid pose. Following the
[11:44] movement of your breath here. With your
[11:46] exhalation. [music] This is where you
[11:47] want to go deep into this release.
[11:51] Inhale, come forward
[11:54] and exhale. Deep release and let go.
[12:00] Wonderful. Now, let's find stillness.
[12:02] Making sure that both of your hips are
[12:04] square. So, [music] think about pushing
[12:06] that right hip forward, pulling your
[12:09] left hip back.
[12:12] Inhale.
[12:15] Exhale. Returning to center.
[12:19] rounding the back heel and opening right
[12:23] up into warrior 2. Once again, drop the
[12:26] [music] shoulders down away from the
[12:28] ears. Tuck that tailbone under. So, find
[12:30] that alignment. Find your [music]
[12:32] strength. And then release all the way
[12:35] back into peaceful warrior. Your back
[12:38] hand can come behind your back [music]
[12:40] and onto the front thigh if you like or
[12:42] just keep it behind your back.
[12:45] Inhale deeply. Close your eyes if again
[12:47] you want to connect a little bit more
[12:49] internally.
[12:51] When you're ready, exhale. Extend that
[12:53] front knee. See if you can hold a little
[12:55] longer here. And then release. We're
[12:59] going to come [music] into triangle
[13:00] trachenosa.
[13:01] Releasing the front hand all the way
[13:03] down as your other arm reaches up. Open
[13:06] up your shoulders. Stack your hips.
[13:09] Look up to the sky [music] and find your
[13:11] breath. Your breath is so important
[13:14] here. Inhale. Welcome that fresh oxygen
[13:16] into the body.
[13:18] And with [music] your exhale, let go of
[13:21] any heaviness, any toxicity, negativity,
[13:24] anything that you feel is weighing you
[13:26] down. Consciously let it go with your
[13:30] breath.
[13:32] Let's come up with your body now.
[13:35] Bending the front knee back into warrior
[13:37] 2.
[13:39] And then turning your arm forward and to
[13:42] the front, pivoting the back heel.
[13:44] Crescent lunge. Inhale.
[13:47] Exhale. Dive your body down. Step back
[13:51] into high plank position. Find your
[13:53] [music] core in center. Take your
[13:55] chaturanga.
[13:57] Release and open into upward-facing dog.
[14:03] And then when you're ready, exhale.
[14:04] Press into the hands [music] and release
[14:07] downward-facing dog. Beautiful, my
[14:09] friends. Let's just take a moment to
[14:11] find that breath. Inhale.
[14:15] Exhale. Let's [music] take it to the
[14:17] other side when you're ready. Right leg
[14:20] reaches up. Three-legged dog. Bend the
[14:22] knee. Stack [music] your hips.
[14:26] Hold it here.
[14:36] Wonderful. Slowly returning to center.
[14:38] Bring the knee to chest for a moment.
[14:41] And then that right ankle comes on top
[14:43] of your left thigh.
[14:46] Come back [music] into that downward dog
[14:48] variation.
[14:50] And then when you're ready, start to
[14:51] bend that back knee. Come down [music]
[14:54] onto the mat and sink back towards your
[14:57] heel in a child's pose [music] like
[14:59] position.
[15:01] Now really finding that position in
[15:03] [music] the right side that you feel the
[15:05] release through the glute.
[15:10] And then when you're ready, bring the
[15:12] knee back to chest. [music]
[15:14] Extend three-legged dog. Inhale.
[15:18] Exhale. [music]
[15:19] Bring the knee back through the chest
[15:21] and step to the front of your mat.
[15:23] Dropping your left knee down. And then
[15:25] reaching both of your arms [music] up
[15:27] into your low lunge. Feel free to bring
[15:30] your hips forward. Just make sure the
[15:32] front knee is over top of your ankle.
[15:35] Deep breath in.
[15:38] Now exhale. Bring that energy down with
[15:41] your hands to your thigh as you start
[15:43] [music] to slightly shift your weight
[15:45] back. And then shift your weight
[15:48] forward.
[15:51] Shift your [music] weight back
[15:54] and forward.
[16:01] Bring the [music] chin down
[16:03] and then bring your body forward.
[16:10] Now when you're ready, arms reach
[16:12] [music] back up.
[16:16] Inhale.
[16:18] Exhale. Pivoting on that left knee.
[16:23] Opening up into [music] your warrior 2.
[16:28] So, tuck that tailbone under. Really
[16:31] find that center. Again, we're modifying
[16:32] it here to start. [music] We're staying
[16:34] on that back knee.
[16:36] And then go ahead and extend the front
[16:38] leg. Drop your hand all the way to the
[16:40] back of your mat. And reach [music] and
[16:43] stretch. Enjoy this nice lengthening
[16:45] sensation through the whole entire side
[16:47] of [music] your body.
[16:50] Hold and breathe. Inhale
[16:55] and exhale.
[17:04] Awesome. Come to center.
[17:07] From here, open the palms of your hands.
[17:10] bring [music] it forward and reach up
[17:14] all the way into a triangle variation or
[17:18] extended side angle depending on [music]
[17:20] where you'd like to position your top
[17:22] arm. So either reach up to the sky or
[17:25] reach to the front of your mat.
[17:28] Wherever you are, find your breath, find
[17:30] [music] your center, welcoming all the
[17:32] sensations into the body.
[17:35] No matter what arises, welcome it with
[17:37] [music] your breath. Inhale.
[17:41] Exhale. Returning back to [music]
[17:43] center. Arms reach up. Tuck your back
[17:46] toes so you have a little bit more
[17:48] balance. And then from here, shift your
[17:50] weight all the way back and release your
[17:53] body to the front of your mat. Your arms
[17:54] can come to the side or they can come to
[17:56] the front. Wherever you are, just find
[17:59] that breath. See if you can bring
[18:01] [music] your forehead all the way down.
[18:04] Enjoy the stretch through [music] the
[18:06] inner thigh.
[18:12] Inhale.
[18:16] Exhale. Bring your body up.
[18:20] Turning on that bottom knee. Bring your
[18:23] body forward.
[18:25] And then release your hands to the mat.
[18:27] Lifting the back knee off the mat.
[18:29] Holding [music] your high lunge. And
[18:31] then releasing into pyramid pose.
[18:34] Inhale [music] forward into high lunge.
[18:38] Exhale pyramid pose.
[18:41] Inhale [music] lunge.
[18:45] Exhale release.
[18:49] One more time. Inhale lunge.
[18:53] Exhale release. Let's hold [music] it
[18:56] here.
[18:58] Think about pulling your right hip back
[18:59] and pushing your left hip forward.
[19:03] Find your inhale and exhale.
[19:08] Inhale
[19:12] and exhale. Bend that front knee.
[19:15] Grounding the heel
[19:18] and then cartwheeling your arms over
[19:20] into your warrior 2.
[19:24] Finding that grounding, that strength
[19:26] and stability. Opening the palm of your
[19:28] hand and then releasing it all the way
[19:31] back. Your other arm can come behind
[19:33] your back and reach to [music] the front
[19:35] thigh if you wish.
[19:37] Inhale
[19:41] and exhale. Extending the knee,
[19:44] continuing to reach and reach.
[19:49] Breathe it in.
[19:53] [music] Exhale.
[19:55] Reach forward. Open the palms of your
[19:58] hands and take your triona
[20:00] triangle pose. stacking your shoulders,
[20:03] opening through the hips.
[20:07] Inhale,
[20:10] and exhale.
[20:23] Beautiful. Bring your gaze down. Now,
[20:26] slowly come back up. Bending the front
[20:29] knee, coming back into warrior two. And
[20:31] then that back arm swings [music]
[20:33] forward as you position yourself into
[20:35] warrior 1. Lift the back heel and pivot
[20:37] on the toes. Crescent lunge. Inhale.
[20:42] Exhale. Bend your elbows and dive your
[20:44] body down onto the mat. Once you're
[20:46] ready, step back into a high plank
[20:48] position. Pull the navl to the spine and
[20:51] take your chaturanga.
[20:53] Upward-facing dog on your inhale.
[20:57] and exhale, pressing into your hands,
[21:01] lifting with the hips back, [music]
[21:02] downward-facing dog.
[21:05] Let's find a breath once again, noticing
[21:08] how your body is feeling in this moment.
[21:11] Are you able to go a little deeper?
[21:16] Inhale.
[21:20] And exhale.
[21:27] Inhale again. Lift the heels. Bend your
[21:30] knees. And I'd like you to take two
[21:33] steps [music] to come to the front of
[21:34] your mat. You can keep your feet
[21:36] slightly apart. Grab the opposite
[21:39] elbows. Allow your body to [music] relax
[21:43] forward as you bend your knees and start
[21:44] to roll up. Roll, roll, roll, roll.
[21:48] Opening through [music] the heart
[21:49] center. Bend your knees and come back
[21:52] down.
[21:54] So really focusing on the breath now. So
[21:56] we inhale as you stand up and exhale.
[22:00] Let it all go. And feel free to make
[22:02] these exhales audible. If you feel like
[22:05] you're still holding on to any tense,
[22:07] negative, heavy energy, I want you to
[22:09] let it go with your breath. Inhale,
[22:11] [music] reach up.
[22:13] Now, as you exhale, find your balance
[22:15] and lift onto your tippy toes. Hold your
[22:18] heels off the mat. And then [music]
[22:20] start to lower down with control,
[22:24] continuing to stay on the balls of your
[22:26] feet. See if you can maintain that
[22:28] balance.
[22:30] Breathe deeply. [music]
[22:32] And then bring your elbows down. Hands
[22:36] or wrists on top of your knees. Taking a
[22:39] yana mudra with your [music] index
[22:40] finger and thumb together. And then open
[22:43] your knees out. See if we can maintain
[22:46] that balance, that focus, that power,
[22:49] the [music] strength that you have
[22:51] inside of you. Find it.
[22:55] And once you're ready, drop down onto
[22:58] the mat to your seated [music] position
[22:59] with your feet coming all the way to the
[23:02] front. Reach your arms forward [music]
[23:04] and start to lower all the way onto the
[23:07] mat vertebrae by vertebra.
[23:10] Once you come down, bring both knees
[23:12] into [music] your chest and then start
[23:15] to simply rock gently with your knees
[23:17] side to side,
[23:20] extending the right leg [music] and then
[23:22] extending it all the way over towards
[23:24] the mat as you take a spinal twist.
[23:27] Taking your left knee across your body
[23:29] as your left arm opens to the side and
[23:32] you look over your left shoulder.
[23:36] Closing your eyes and coming back into
[23:39] that breath. Paying [music] attention to
[23:42] where the stiffness and restriction lies
[23:44] within your back, within your glute.
[23:48] Can you breathe a little deeper into
[23:50] that area within your body?
[23:59] Inhale
[24:03] and exhale.
[24:20] Come back to center. [music]
[24:26] and then release [music] the leg. Let's
[24:28] take it to the other side.
[24:31] Both knees into the chest and then
[24:33] extend your [music] left leg. Take it
[24:35] all the way down towards the mat. When
[24:39] you're ready,
[24:42] pull that right knee into your chest.
[24:46] And then [music] take the knee across
[24:47] your body
[24:49] as you reach your right arm away [music]
[24:52] from you.
[24:53] looking over your right shoulder or just
[24:55] looking up towards the sky. But [music]
[24:57] I want you to keep your eyes closed.
[25:00] I want you to focus on that breath and
[25:03] be completely aware of everything that's
[25:05] happening within your body.
[25:07] Is your body holding on to any tension
[25:09] [music] still?
[25:12] Can you pinpoint where that area of
[25:14] resistance is?
[25:17] And if you can, can you breathe a little
[25:19] deeper into it?
[25:23] Inhale
[25:28] and exhale.
[25:42] Beautiful. Come back to center.
[25:46] Pull your knee in. Other knee in. Let's
[25:49] take a little ball just rocking gently
[25:52] side to side.
[25:54] And then when you're ready, go ahead and
[25:56] extend [music] both of your legs up to
[25:58] the sky as you drop your body down.
[26:01] Holding here just for a moment, feeling
[26:03] the blood rushing down.
[26:06] And then slow and controlled, lower the
[26:09] legs
[26:10] all the way onto the mat.
[26:13] And once you land here, open the palms
[26:16] of your hands. And we're going to take
[26:17] our final posture of our practice today,
[26:19] our shavasana.
[26:22] I welcome you to close your eyes
[26:25] and completely give your body a moment
[26:28] to surrender into the mat.
[26:32] Letting go of any tension that you may
[26:34] be holding on to in your face. [music]
[26:37] Any emotions within the forehead. I want
[26:39] you to let it go.
[26:52] You want your eyes to feel heavy,
[26:56] your jaw to relax,
[27:01] your shoulders to release
[27:04] onto [music] the mat,
[27:08] your arms to be heavy,
[27:12] feeling Feeling your chest rise [music]
[27:14] and fall gently as you breathe,
[27:18] becoming heavier and heavier with each
[27:20] breath.
[27:24] Let go of your glutes,
[27:27] your thighs,
[27:29] your knees,
[27:32] your calves, [music]
[27:35] your feet
[27:38] completely
[27:40] and fully. Let go,
[27:46] giving yourself [music] permission to be
[27:48] held.
[27:51] held by your mat, by the floor under
[27:54] your mat,
[27:56] by Mother Earth,
[27:59] fully
[28:01] and completely held and [music]
[28:03] supported in this moment.
[28:10] Give yourself the opportunity
[28:13] of letting go.
[28:18] Let
[28:20] go.
[29:10] Now, if you'd like to continue to stay
[29:13] in this position in chabasana, feel free
[29:15] to stay as long as you like.
[29:18] However, you'd like to begin to bring
[29:21] energy [music]
[29:21] back into your body,
[29:24] then I welcome you to start to wake up
[29:27] your body by moving your fingers and
[29:29] [music] toes
[29:31] one finger and toe at a time.
[29:38] And then when you're ready, bring your
[29:40] hand onto the heart and then the other
[29:42] onto your belly. And just like we did
[29:45] before, bend your knees, ground your
[29:48] feet into the mat, and we're just going
[29:50] to take a three-part breath one more
[29:52] time.
[29:54] Inhaling into the belly, and then moving
[29:56] the breath through the ribs, into
[29:58] [music] the chest.
[30:00] Then letting go out of the chest, the
[30:04] ribs, and then the belly.
[30:06] One more time at your own pace.
[30:12] And then once you're finished, go ahead
[30:14] and roll over to one side and meet me in
[30:18] a seated position [music]
[30:20] along the center of your mat.
[30:24] Finding your center, [music]
[30:28] opening the palms of your hands,
[30:31] closing your eyes,
[30:34] and simply come back to the breath.
[30:38] With each exhalation, giving yourself
[30:40] that one more opportunity to reset your
[30:44] energetic [music] field, your mind.
[30:48] No matter what happened or whatever you
[30:50] may feel, this is your moment to come
[30:52] back to yourself,
[30:55] to your center, to your [music] truth.
[30:59] If you're ready, feel free to reach your
[31:01] arms up to the sky one [music] last time
[31:04] and then bring the palms of your hands
[31:06] together over your heart and taking this
[31:08] opportunity to bow down to your own
[31:11] heart in gratitude.
[31:13] Gratitude for your practice, for your
[31:16] body, for your patience, and for your
[31:18] dedication [music] to self-love.
[31:21] From my heart to yours, thank you.
[31:23] Namaste.
